In the May 2010 election, there will be a millage renewal request for Mastodon Township. We are also including an agenda for Township to join the Crystal Falls Library District. More information to follow.
Mastodon Township is in need of individuals who would be interested in sitting on the Zoning Board of Appeals. This board meets annually and only when a variance request is made. We have all information needed to learn the rules and regulations and there are seminars available to anyone interested in attending at the cost of the Township.
The only exclusion to this board is no one from incorporated areas cannot sit which would include Village of Alpha.
